It's a car BMW said it wasn't going to build, yet here it is: an M-badged version of the company's smallest model, the 1-Series.
The German car maker still holds its M1 supercar of the late 1970s in such esteem, however, that the baby performance car instead adopts
the name 1-Series M coupe.
